I was able to make a client dream of purchasing an apartment building (in cash) a reality. I refinanced several of his properties, sold another one and established a 1031 tax deferred exchange both for the buyer and the seller. After close of escrow, the new owner applied and qualified for a special property tax exclusion from the County Tax Assesors office and will save approximately $10,000 a year from his property tax bill. He was so grateful for my services, he referred me to his brother whose house I sold as well.
