Welcome to our website! We are a family owned business. My wife, Chris and I along with our oldest daughter, Ily Noelle, are its principals. A resident of San Diego for over forty years. I love the water, sailing, kayaking and bodyboard surfing. Our son, Kris, is a San Diego Fire Fighter-Paramedic. Our youngest son, graduate of USC and in their PhD program at NorthWestern University in Nueroscience.Our business started 30 years ago, when she was born. I have a background in Mortgage Banking, Real Estate Broker, Investor, Mortgage Broker, Loan Modification & Loss Mitigation Negotiator. In 1979 joined a large mortgage banking firm and was trained as a mortgage banking loan officer. I was their top producer in California. In 1983 founded my mortgage firm and in 1988 founded Grace & Company Real Estate. Since then I have been involved in closing over 865 million dollars in residential financing and real estate sales. That is an approximate average of $29 million dollars in closed transactions a year. My point is I have the experience, know-how and passion to provide you with a level of competent professional services not common in our industry...
