Hello! We are a family owned business. My wife, Chris and I along with our daughter, Ily Noelle are its principals. Our business started 27 years ago, when our daughter was born. I have a background in Interior Design, Mortgage Banking, Real Estate Broker, Investor and Mortgage Broker. Becoming a new dad was scary and exciting, I wanted to provide more for my family. I joined a large mortgage banking firm and was trained as a mortgage banking loan officer. I was their top producer in California, originated 14 million dollars in FHA & Va loans my first year in 1979 (the average loan size was only $77,000!). After four years, I became a principal of my own mortgage firm. Since then I have been involved in closing over 800 million dollars in residential financing and real estate sales. That is an approximate average of $29 million dollars in closed transactions a year for the past 27 years. My point is I have the experience, know-how and passion to provide you with a level of competent professional services not common in our industry...
